Private Yoga


Private Yoga Sessions:  One on One or Group
By appointment only

Enjoy the experience of learning yoga in a private one on one setting, or get a group together to create a private group class.   Your body and mind can benefit from yoga, whether you are an athlete; someone working through an injury; or even if you are someone who just wants to learn how to stretch to create more flexibility......Get individualized instruction and personal attention as you learn each of the breathing techniques and yoga postures.  Short meditations are used to help calm and quiet the mind, as well as elevate spiritual awareness.  Allow the mind to connect with the body, and let relaxation and calm set in.


NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE: The breath work and yoga postures are introduced in ways that make it less intimidating for the beginner student to help build their comfort, confidence, and flexibility.


MORE ADVANCED STUDENTS: The focus will be on increasing your awareness of correct alignment in each of the poses, challenging yourself with increasingly advanced poses, as well as learning to incorporate the breath throughout the practice.


PRENATAL YOGA and CHAIR YOGA: can also be taught in a private one on one setting or a private group setting.
