Chair Yoga
Designed for students who are afraid of yoga or who have injuries. The support of the chair allows you to be comfortable and confident while moving into each of the poses. While in the chair, mobility is created gently in all of your muscles and joints, including your spine, pelvis, and neck. Breathing exercises and short meditations are introduced to relax and quiet the mind.
Gentle Yoga

The breathwork and the yoga postures are introduced in ways that make it less intimidating for the new student, to help build their comfort, confidence, and flexibility. Short meditations are used to relax and quiet the mind, as well as elevate spiritual awareness. Includes Restorative Yoga as well.
Beginner Yoga (Level 1 yoga)
Designed for students who are beginners, but who want to challenge themselves as well. Basic postures are introduced in ways that help to make the student feel comfortable and confident.
